STRATEGIC PLANNING is a process that looks into the future to identify challenges, trends, and issues that can materially affect the work of an organization. By having this objective, from 24th – 26th February 2023, CIC held strategic planning at Cyberview Resort and Spa, attended by CIC administrative staff with lead panels including the Head of Research Development and Innovation UMMC, Prof. Dr. Maznah binti Dahlui, Deputy Director Clinical UMMC, Dr. Mohmmad Salleh bin Yahya, Deputy Dean Research Faculty of Medicine UM, Prof. Dr. Sanjay Rampal A/L Lekhraj Rampal, and Deputy Dean Undergraduate FOM UM, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yazid bin Jalaludin as the PI representatives.
STRATEGIC PLANNING is best incorporated in team-building activities where the organization reconciles responsibilities with resources and sets priorities. Hence there are elements of team building included to strengthen the relationship and bonding. The main objective for this program is to achieve a great team that is functional and cohesive in order to work well together in aligned with the tagline CIC, UMMC #BeAHero. It could not be accomplished without MindTRAC Consultantants and the great team.
