Terms and Conditions for Room Booking

By booking a room, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these policies carefully as they outline the responsibilities and guidelines for all room bookings.

 

1. General Room Booking Terms

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.
  • There is no age restriction for booking a room.
  • Check-in and check-out times will be specified during the booking process.

2. Check-Out Policy

  • Visitors must check out by 5:00 PM on the day of their booking.
  • All computers, projectors, or other electronic equipment used during the booking must be turned off before checkout.
  • Any equipment borrowed during the booking (e.g., projectors, adapters, etc.) must be returned to the administrative office by 5:00 PM on the same day.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your booking up to [insert number] days prior to your scheduled arrival date without any penalty.
