New Registration iPesakit
Register for eServices
Create an account on our
eServices portal
using your official organization email address.
Refer to the eServices Registration tutorial here.
Access iResearch
After registering, log in to eServices and select iResearch (used for study folder requests).
Refer to the Request Patient Folder tutorial here.
Activate iResearch
Complete secondary registration within iResearch.
Ensure both your eServices and iResearch accounts are registered using the same email address.

Submit PDPA Form
Fill out the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) form and send the original hard copy to us.
The PDPA form must be submitted at least 1 week before your scheduled visit.

Registration Processing
Three departments will handle the registration process. For a seamless EMR activation process, make sure to submit the form as soon as possible.
1) CIC (Clinical Investigation Centre)
2) PID (Patient Information Department)
3) ITD (Information Technology Department)
